FEDERAZIONE AERONAUTICA SAMMARINESE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Regolamento di Gara\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>(ideato da Paolo Dapporto)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Raid Aeromodellistico Internazionale di Regolarit\u00e0 di San Marino<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

ART.1) AEROMODELLI<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sono permessi modelli di aliante di qualsiasi tipo con apertura alare fino a mm. 4.500 e peso massimo al decollo 2.500gr. Il carico alare massimo permesso \u00e8 di 35 gr.\/dmq.. Per motivi di sicurezza \u00e8 consigliato partecipare con aeromodelli di aliante dotati di motore ausiliario elettrico<\/strong><\/u>, che il concorrente potr\u00e0 avviare nel caso il volo presenti pericolo per persone o cose (\u00e8 considerato un dispositivo di sicurezza).<\/p>\n

Il suo utilizzo, pur penalizzando fortemente il risultato finale, dovrebbe garantire l\u2019atterraggio a destinazione (campo sportivo di Serravalle)<\/p>\n

ART.2) REGISTRAZIONE DELL\u2019ACCENSIONE MOTORE<\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019 eventuale accensione del motore \u00e8 registrata dal Logger che sar\u00e0 installato a bordo del modello. Solo l\u2019Ufficiale di Gara posizionato all\u2019interno del campo sportivo di Serravalle si occuper\u00e0 della rimozione del Logger dall\u2019aeromodello, verificando la regolarit\u00e0 dell\u2019installazione e l\u2019acquisizione dei dati raccolti. Per I Logger noleggiati, una volta acquisiti nel computer i dati del volo, l\u2019Ufficiale di Gara tratterr\u00e0 il Logger restituendo la cauzione di 50\u20ac, \u00e8 facolt\u00e0 del concorrente non richiedere la restituzione della cauzione e trattenere il Logger, che potr\u00e0 poi usare nelle successive edizioni della competizione.<\/p>\n

Nel caso in cui si rilevino irregolarit\u00e0 il volo sar\u00e0 nullo.<\/p>\n

ART.3) PUNTI ASSEGNATI IN BASE ALL\u2019AREA DI ATTERRAGGIO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ad ogni concorrente, saranno assegnati:<\/p>\n

9.000 punti<\/strong> se il modello atterra al centro di un cerchio di 18 metri di raggio ed esattamente dopo 16,30 minuti dal decollo<\/p>\n

6.000 punti<\/strong> se il modello atterra fuori dal cerchio di 18 metri di raggio, ma all\u2019interno del campo sportivo di Serravalle (area seminata ad erba).<\/p>\n

ART.4) MISURA DELLA DISTANZA DAL CENTRO<\/strong><\/p>\n

La misura viene rilevata dalla punta del muso del modello o dell\u2019ogiva nel caso abbia il motore installato.<\/p>\n

Saranno posizionati all\u2019interno del campo sportivo di Serravalle n. 1 o 2 centri. Il modello potr\u00e0 essere spostato dal punto di atterraggio solo dopo che l\u2019Ufficiale di Gara avr\u00e0 fatto le verifiche.<\/p>\n

ART.5) ATTERRAGGIO NEL CERCHIO DI 18 METRI DI RAGGIO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dal punteggio assegnato di 9.000 punti<\/strong> (vedi Art.3) sar\u00e0 detratto 1 punto per ogni centimetro di distanza dal centro (esempio, chi atterra a 8 metri e 50 cm. ha assegnato 9.000 – 850 = 8.150 punti)<\/em>. Inoltre saranno detratti 20 punti<\/strong> per ogni secondo che si discosta dai 16,30 minuti di volo, sia in pi\u00f9 che in meno.<\/p>\n

ART.6) ATTERRAGGIO FUORI DAL CERCHIO DI 18 METRI DI RAGGIO <\/strong><\/p>\n

Dal punteggio assegnato di 6.000 punti<\/strong> (vedi Art.3) saranno detratti 20 punti<\/strong> per ogni secondo che si discosta dai 16,30 minuti di volo, sia in pi\u00f9 che in meno<\/p>\n

In caso di parit\u00e0 i concorrenti saranno classificati ex equo.<\/p>\n

ART.7) TEMPO DI VOLO E PENALITA\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

La durata del volo, per l\u2019intera discesa, \u00e8 fissato in 16,30 minuti. Il volo non potr\u00e0 durare pi\u00f9 di 18 minuti: se vengono superati il volo sar\u00e0 nullo. Si prendono in considerazione solo i secondi, tralasciando i decimi. Il concorrente dovr\u00e0 partire ad un determinato orario prescelto.<\/p>\n

Sul tavolo delle registrazioni \u00e8 presente un orologio ufficiale di gara. Il concorrente dovr\u00e0 sincronizzare il proprio orologio (minuti e secondi) essendo l\u2019unico strumento con il quale rilever\u00e0 l\u2019esatto orario per l\u2019atterraggio.<\/p>\n

A Borgo Maggiore prima dell\u2019orario della sua partenza il concorrente si posizioner\u00e0 dietro il pilota che lo precede in attesa della chiamata del direttore di gara. Una volta giunto all\u2019interno del campo sportivo di Serravalle prima dell\u2019atterraggio del proprio aeromodello, il concorrente dovr\u00e0 consegnare la \u201cscheda pilota\u201d all\u2019Ufficiale di gara che trascriver\u00e0 l\u2019esatto orario nel momento in cui l\u2019aeromodello tocca il suolo.<\/p>\n

Ogni secondo in pi\u00f9 o in meno che si discosta da questo tempo viene penalizzato con 20 punti che verranno detratti dal punteggio ottenuto esaminando la distanza dal centro. (max. penalit\u00e0 1.800 punti<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Chi atterra prima di 14 minuti ha assegnati 2.000 punti<\/strong> di penalit\u00e0. Chi atterra dopo 18 minuti, volo nullo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Per atterraggi fuori dal campo di Serravalle il pilota dovr\u00e0 comunque consegnare subito la scheda all\u2019Ufficiale di gara presente allo stadio.<\/p>\n

ART.8) ACCENSIONE DEL MOTORE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Saranno detratti ulteriori 3.600 punti<\/strong> in caso di accensione\/i del motore, (rilevata\/e dal Logger) pur non essendoci limite di tempo al suo funzionamento.<\/p>\n

VOLO NULLO (riepilogo)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il volo sar\u00e0 nullo nei seguenti casi:<\/p>\n

– Se il modello atterra fuori dal campo sportivo di Serravalle (area seminata ad erba).<\/p>\n

– In caso di volo superiore ai 18 minuti.<\/p>\n

– In caso di mancata presenza al decollo all\u2019orario prenotato.<\/p>\n

– In caso di errato collegamento del Logger.<\/p>\n

– In caso di deviazioni dal percorso di gara.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Competition Rules <\/strong>(conceived by Paolo Dapporto)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

International Aeromodelling Regularity Raid of <\/strong>San Marino<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

ART.1) MODEL PLANES<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Any type of glider aero-model is allowed with a wingspan of up to mm. 4.500 and maximum takeoff weight 2.500grs.<\/em>.Wing loading maximum allowed is 35 gr.\/dmq. For security reasons it is recommended to participate with glider aero-model equipped with auxiliary electric engine<\/strong><\/u> that the competitor will be able to start, if the flight is a danger to persons or properties (it is considered as a safety device). Its use, while strongly penalizing the final result, should ensure landing at destination (in the sports field of Serravalle)<\/em><\/p>\n

ART.2) REGISTRATION OF POWER ENGINE<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The start of the engine is recorded by the Logger that will be installed on the model. Only the Field Marshall positioned in the sports field of Serravalle will be entitled to: remove the Logger from the aircraft, verify the validity of the installation and the acquisition of the data collected. Once the data of the flight are scanned into the computer, the Field Marshall will keep the Logger and return the deposit of \u20ac 50, it is up to the competitor not to request the return of the deposit and keep the Logger that can then be used in subsequent editions of the competition. In the event that irregularities are detected, the flight will be void. <\/em><\/p>\n

ART.3) POINTS ASSIGNED<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n

Each competitor will be assigned: 9,000 points<\/strong> if the model lands in a circle of 18 meters radius, and exactly after 16,30 minutes. 6,000 points<\/strong> if the model lands outside the circle but within the sports field of Serravalle (area sown to grass). <\/em><\/p>\n

ART.4) MEASUREMENT OF THE DISTANCE FROM THE CENTER <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The measurement is taken from the tip of the nose of the model or of the spinner in case the engine installed. N.1 or two centres will be positioned within the sports field of Serravalle. The model will be moved from the point of landing only after the Field Marshall has done the verifications. <\/em><\/p>\n

ART.5) LANDING IN THE CIRCLE OF 18 METERS RADIUS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

From the assigned score of 9,000 points (see Article 3) there will be a deduction of one point for every centimeter away from the center (example: landing at 8 meters and 50 centimetres means assignment of 9,000-850 = 8,150 points). Also will be deducted 20 points for each second that deviates from a 16,30 minute flight, and in more than less.<\/em><\/p>\n

ART.6) LANDING OUTSIDE THE CIRCLE OF 18 METERS RADIUS <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

From the assigned score of 6,000 points (see Article 3) there will be a deduction of 20 point for every second away from the 16,30 minute flight in more or less. In case of a tie, the competitors will be ranked ex aequo.<\/em><\/p>\n

ART<\/em>.7) FLIGHT TIME AND PENALITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

The duration of the flight, for the entire descent, is 16,30 minutes. The flight will last more than 18 minutes: if you exceed your flight will be null. They consider only the second, leaving the tenths. The competitor will have to start at a certain time chosen.<\/em><\/p>\n

On the registration table, there is an official clock. The competitor must synchronize its clock (minutes and seconds) as the only instrument with which detect the exact time for landing.<\/em><\/p>\n

At the Borgo Maggiore, <\/em>before the start the pilot is positioned behind the pilot that precedes waiting for the call of the contest director<\/em><\/p>\n

Once arrived in the sports field of the Serravalle, the competitor must deliver the \u201cpilot card\u201d to the Field Marshall (before the landing). The Field Marshall will transcribe the exact time when the model plane touches down.<\/em><\/p>\n

Every second more or less that deviates from this time is penalized with 20 points that will be deducted from the score looking into the distance from the center. (max. 1,800 points penalty)<\/em><\/p>\n

About 14 minutes before landing has assigned 2,000 penalty points. About 18 minutes after landing, flight null<\/em><\/p>\n

For landings off the field in Serravalle, the pilot must still deliver card now Field Marshall of the competition in the stadium.<\/em><\/p>\n

ART.8) POWER TO THE ENGINE <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Additional 3,600 points<\/strong> will be deducted in case the engine is powered, will be detected by the Logger on board. No time of use of the engine, it will be counted. <\/em><\/p>\n

FLIGHT NULL (Summary) <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The flight will be null in the following cases: <\/em><\/p>\n

– If the model lands outside the sports field of Serravalle (area sown to grass). <\/em><\/p>\n

– In case of flight exceeding 18 minutes. <\/em><\/p>\n

– In case of non-attendance at the reserved time. – In case of wrong connection of the Logger. <\/em><\/p>\n

– In case of deviations from the competition track.<\/em><\/p>\n
