Chi non sar\u00e0 presente, per qualsiasi motivo, \u00e8 tenuto ugualmente a pagare la quota d\u2019iscrizione agli organizzatori, a meno che l\u2019iscrizione non venga disdetta entro il …………………………. <\/u><\/p>\n

La quota d\u2019iscrizione, sar\u00e0 regolarizzata al momento della registrazione a San Marino (vedi art. 5)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

COPERTURA ASSICURATIVA<\/strong><\/td>\nAl momento del pagamento della quota d\u2019iscrizione il concorrente deve produrre una polizza assicurativa che copra i rischi derivanti dal volo con aeromodelli, gare comprese, con un massimale di almeno \u20ac 1.500.000.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
 RESPONSALITA\u2019<\/strong><\/td>\nL\u2019organizzazione non assume altro obbligo se non quello di assicurare il regolare svolgimento della gara e di consegnare i premi, declinando ogni responsabilit\u00e0 per i danni che possono derivare alle persone o cose dei concorrenti e terzi in conseguenza della gara.<\/p>\n

Il concorrente, all\u2019atto del versamento della quota di iscrizione, dovr\u00e0 firmare lo scarico di responsabilit\u00e0 a favore della Federazione Aeronautica Sammarinese, con il quale dichiara di assumersi tutte le responsabilit\u00e0 per i danni causati a cose e\/o a terzi a seguito della partecipazione alla gara.<\/u><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

FREQUENZE  RADIO<\/strong><\/td>\n E\u2019 obbligatorio l\u2019uso di apparati con frequenza di trasmissione in 2,4 GHz.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
 QUOTA DI ISCRIZIONE<\/strong><\/td>\nLa quota d\u2019iscrizione di \u20ac 35,00, comprensiva del pranzo e del biglietto per l\u2019andata e ritorno della funivia a piazzale Borghesi (partenza del modello), dovr\u00e0 essere versata all\u2019atto della registrazione.<\/p>\n

I concorrenti iscritti entro il ………………………. favoriranno di uno sconto di 5\u20ac (pagheranno 30\u20ac).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

 REGISTRAZIONE<\/strong><\/td>\nE\u2019 possibile farla:<\/p>\n

– sabato ………………………<\/u>, presso i locali della sede FAS in via Rancaglia, 22 (palestra campo sportivo di Serravalle) nei locali situati nella parte superiore della palestra, dalle ore 18,00 alle ore 20,00. <\/u><\/p>\n

-…………………………..dalle 7,30 alle ore 9,30<\/u> alla partenza della competizione: si raccomanda di presentarsi alla registrazione con largo anticipo. La registrazione consiste nel pagamento della quota di iscrizione e nel ritirare una busta contenente:<\/p>\n

– biglietto per andata e ritorno funivia. <\/u><\/em><\/p>\n

– buono pranzo.<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n

– la mappa del percorso (pubblicata anche nel sito ufficiale<\/u><\/em> http:\/\/www.fas.sm\/fas\/raid-glyders\/<\/u><\/a> )<\/p>\n

– \u201cscheda pilota\u201d che dovr\u00e0 poi essere convalidata con il numero di partenza al momento della prenotazione del lancio ed indicata l\u2019ora esatta di atterraggio dal Direttore di gara.<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n

Dopo la registrazione si dovr\u00e0 immediatamente salire al punto di lancio a piazzale Borghesi con il proprio aeromodello. Chi fosse interessato a partecipare alla manifestazione aeromodellistica del pomeriggio dovr\u00e0 comunicarlo all\u2019atto delle registrazioni. Sono accettati i primi 20 piloti.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

ORDINE DI LANCIO E VERIFICHE TECNICHE (da piazzale Borghesi)<\/strong><\/td>\nL\u2019ordine di lancio sar\u00e0 su prenotazione all\u2019Ufficiale di Gara presente alla postazione di lancio a piazzale Borghesi.<\/p>\n

La prenotazione pu\u00f2 essere fatta dalle ore 8,00 alle ore 10,00 mostrando la “scheda pilota” che \u00e8 stata consegnata alla registrazione.<\/p>\n

Il concorrente potr\u00e0 scegliere l\u2019orario di decollo, fra le finestre libere nel periodo fra 10,30 e 13,30 (ogni finestra \u00e8 di minimo 3 minuti)<\/p>\n

Al momento della prenotazione del volo (esclusivamente per gli aeromodelli dotati di motore elettrico) sar\u00e0 consegnato il Logger (per chi ne fosse sprovvisto) da montare sul modello inoltre il numero adesivo da apporre sulla fusoliera (muso) che riporta il numero scelto per decollare e il concorrente dovr\u00e0 pagare la quota di 60 \u20ac come cauzione del Logger che sar\u00e0 restituita all\u2019atterraggio, trattenendo 10 \u20ac per il noleggio.<\/p>\n

Alternativamente una volta iscritto, il concorrente acquisisce il diritto di acquistare immediatamente il logger alle condizioni agevolate previste per la manifestazione (contattare Marco all\u2019indirizzo f5j.triveneto@yahoo.it<\/u><\/a> )<\/p>\n

Il Logger \u00e8 contrassegnato da un numero seriale che verr\u00e0 accoppiato al nome del concorrente ed al numero scelto dal concorrente.<\/p>\n

I modelli si dovranno posizionare all\u2019interno di un\u2019apposita area chiusa transennata. L\u2019aiutante che effettuer\u00e0 il lancio potr\u00e0 essere anche un concorrente che sar\u00e0 delegato per questo dal pilota. Quando la gara avr\u00e0 inizio \u00e8 possibile accedere all\u2019area chiusa transennata solo per il tempo necessario al lancio del modello, dopodich\u00e9 si dovr\u00e0 uscire, pena la squalifica del concorrente interessato.<\/p>\n

In caso sia impossibile il lancio a causa di fatti imprevisti indipendenti dalla volont\u00e0 del concorrente, lo stesso potr\u00e0 ripetere il lancio ad insindacabile giudizio del Direttore di gara. E\u2019 comunque facolt\u00e0 del Direttore di gara interrompere la gara per avverse condizioni meteo e comunque fattori esterni che ne pregiudicano il regolare svolgimento.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

DECOLLO DEL MODELLO E PILOTAGGIO<\/strong><\/td>\nIl lancio a mano degli aeromodelli dovr\u00e0 essere fatto mantenendo il contatto tramite telefono\/radio con il pilota. Il pilota si deve posizionare a Borgo Maggiore in Salita Ugolino da Montefeltro \u2013 parcheggio Scuola Elementare Borgo Maggiore<\/em> (ad una quota di circa 150 mt. inferiore) avendo visione del proprio aeromodello.<\/p>\n

Il modello poi una volta lanciato sar\u00e0 pilotato fino a destinazione seguendolo a bordo della propria auto guidata da un aiutante (consigliabile che abbia il tettuccio apribile per seguire meglio il modello in volo).<\/p>\n

Il primo decollo avverr\u00e0 alle ore 10,30 e l\u2019ultimo alle ore 13,30, con intervallo minimo di 3 minuti fra un decollo e l\u2019altro.<\/p>\n

Chi non si presenta al decollo all\u2019ora prenotata avr\u00e0 punteggio nullo, salvo che l\u2019impedimento sia indipendente dalla volont\u00e0 del concorrente per il verificarsi di situazioni imprevedibili; in questo caso il concorrente partir\u00e0 secondo le direttive del Direttore di gara.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

 PERCORSO<\/strong><\/td>\nIl percorso stradale lungo la superstrada di San Marino, fino all\u2019atterraggio nel campo sportivo di Serravalle, \u00e8 stabilito dall\u2019organizzazione (vedi mappa pubblicata sul sito ufficiale del Raid).<\/p>\n

Durante il regolare svolgimento della gara verranno effettuati controlli a campione per verificare l\u2019esatta percorrenza dei piloti lungo il tragitto imposto. Qualsiasi deviazione del percorso segnalato dalla mappa comporter\u00e0 lancio nullo.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

RILEVAZIONE DELL’EVENTUALE ACCENSIONE MOTORE<\/strong><\/td>\nA bordo del modello sar\u00e0 montato un Logger Multi 2 della RC-Electronics (http:\/\/www.rc-electronics.org\/index.php?link=rc_multi2) che \u00e8 in grado di registrare l\u2019eventuale accensione e spegnimento del motore.<\/p>\n

Il dispositivo, del peso di 6 grammi, dovr\u00e0 essere collegato in serie fra il regolatore e il canale del motore. Il concorrente dovr\u00e0 montare in anticipo le eventuali prolunghe necessarie sulla ricevente e sul regolatore per il montaggio del Logger. \u00c8 dotato di spinette tipo JR. Il Logger si pu\u00f2 alimentare con tensioni che vanno dai 4 ai 10 volt. e misura mm 28X14X6.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

PREMI<\/strong><\/td>\nI concorrenti iscritti entro il …………………………e presenti alla competizione<\/u> parteciperanno all\u2019estrazione di un modello offerto dalla ditta SEBART International. Il sorteggio avverr\u00e0 durante la premiazione e il premio sar\u00e0 consegnato solo se il pilota avr\u00e0 partecipato alla competizione.<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n

Saranno premiati con coppe e\/o targhe i primi 6 classificati. Saranno istituiti inoltre dei premi speciali per: il concorrente pi\u00f9 giovane, il concorrente pi\u00f9 anziano, il concorrente che proviene da pi\u00f9 lontano.<\/em><\/p>\n

I premi non ritirati, per nessun motivo saranno spediti.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

PRANZO \u2013 PREMIAZIONI & SHOW AEROMODELLISTICO  C\/O AEROCLUB TORRACCIA<\/strong><\/td>\n Il pranzo, sar\u00e0 servito al ristorante del \u201cMultieventi Sport Domus\u201d adiacente al campo sportivo di Serravalle<\/u>, dalle ore 12,30 alle 14,00 consegnando il buono pranzo ricevuto. Saranno disponibili buoni pranzo presso l\u2019organizzazione per chi ne far\u00e0 richiesta.A seguire la premiazione c\/o l\u2019Aeroclub di Torraccia, e per concludere fino alle ore 18,00 vi sar\u00e0 una manifestazione aeromodellistica.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
 RECLAMI<\/strong><\/td>\nUna giuria, composta dal direttore di gara e due concorrenti scelti dallo stesso, vaglier\u00e0 gli eventuali reclami. La composizione della giuria verr\u00e0 pubblicata entro le 9:30. Il termine per la presentazione dei reclami scade 15 minuti dopo l’atterraggio dell’ultimo aeromodello al campo di Serravalle. Il reclamo dovr\u00e0 essere presentato per iscritto, accompagnato dalla somma di \u20ac 50,00 che sar\u00e0 restituita solo nel caso il reclamo sia accettato.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
 REGISTRATION<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <\/span><\/td>\nEntry form must<\/em> be submitted by web site to <\/em>www.fas.sm\/fas\/raid-glyders<\/u><\/em><\/a>  filling out the form. Entry form will be accepted until ………………………………and will be limited<\/u> to 60 pilots<\/u>. The competitor’s name, a confirmation of registration, will appear in the pilots’ list on the website of the competition.With the registration, the competitor accepts the present Regulations. Those who<\/u> will not be present, for any reason, must still pay the registration fee to the organizers unless the registration has not been canceled by ………………………………. <\/u>The registration fee will be paid at registration time in San Marino (see Art. 5)<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
 <\/em>INSURANCE COVERAGE<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/strong><\/td>\n Upon payment<\/em> of the registration fee, the competitor must produce an insurance policy covering the risks arising from the aero modeling flight including competitions, with a minimum cover of \u20ac 1,500,000.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
 LIABILITY<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <\/span><\/td>\nThe organization<\/em> does not assume any other obligation than to ensure a smooth running of the event and distribution of the awards, declining any responsibility for any damage that may arise to any person or property of the competitors and third parties as a result of the competition. The competitor<\/u>, upon payment of the registration fee, will have to sign a discharge of liability in favor of the Aeronautical Federation San Marino, declaring to assume all liabilities for damage caused to property and \/ or third parties as a result of participation in the competition.<\/u><\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
FREQUENCY<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <\/span><\/td>\nIt is <\/em>mandatory to use devices with 2.4 GHz. transmission frequency<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
FEE<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <\/span><\/td>\nThe registration fee<\/em> is \u20ac 35.00 which includes lunch and round trip ticket for the cable car to go back to Piazza Borghesi (where the model starts off) to be paid when registering on site.<\/em><\/p>\n

REGISTRATION<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <\/span><\/td>\nIt can be done:<\/em><\/p>\n

– ………………………………………<\/u>, at the premises of the FAS headquarters located in via Rancaglia, 22 (gym sports field of Serravalle) in the rooms at the top of the gym, from 6.00 p.m. to<\/u> 8.00 p.m..<\/u> <\/em><\/p>\n

– ………………………….from 7:30 am to<\/u> 9:30<\/u> am at the start competition point: It is recommended to show up to register well in advance. Registration consist in the payment of the fee and pick-up of an envelope containing: <\/em><\/p>\n

– Ticket for the roundtrip with the cable car. – Ticket for lunch. – Route map (also published in the official website www.fas.sm\/fas\/raid-glyders\/<\/u><\/a> ) – “Pilot Card\u201d which must then be validated by the start number when booking the launch and<\/em> indicated<\/em> the exact time of landing by the Contest Director of the competition.<\/em><\/p>\n

After registration,<\/em> you will immediately go up to the take off point in Piazzale Borghesi with your own model plane. Those interested in participating in the aero modeling Show of the afternoon are requested to notify during registration onsite. The first 20<\/u> pilots will be accepted.<\/u><\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

ORDER OF FLIGHT AND MODEL PROCESSING        (from Piazzale Borghesi)<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <\/span><\/td>\nThe<\/em> flight order will be set upon reservation made to the Competition Officer Point present at the takeoff station in Piazzale Borghesi. Reservations can be made from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. showing the “pilot card” received during registration. The competitor may choose the time of take off among the windows available in the period between 10.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. (each window is 3 minutes) When booking the flight, the Logger will be consigned (for those who do not have one) to be mounted on the model, also the sticker with the number to be affixed on the fuselage (front) which shows the number chosen to take off and the competitor will have to pay the fee of \u20ac 60 as deposit for the Logger which will be returned when landing, holding \u20ac 10 for rental. Alternatively once registered, the participant acquires the right to purchase<\/em> immediately logger at favorable terms provided for the event (contact Marco at<\/em> f5j.triveneto@yahoo.it<\/u><\/em><\/a>)<\/em><\/p>\n

The<\/em> Logger is marked with a serial number that will be associated to the competitor’s name and the number chosen by the competitor. The models will have to be placed within a special cordoned closed area. The assistant who will carry out the launch could also be a competitor who will be delegated for this by the pilot. When the competition begins, competitors can access the cordoned closed area only for the time needed to launch the model, then they will have to go out, on pain of disqualification. In case the launch is impossible due to unforeseen events beyond the control of the competitor, the launch can be repeated at the discretion of the jury. It\u2019s still faculty of the Contest Director to stop the competition because of adverse weather conditions and still external factors that affect a smooth operation.<\/em> <\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

TAKE OFF THE MODEL AND STEERING<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <\/span><\/td>\n he launch of the model plane by hand will be done by maintaining contact via telephone \/ radio with the pilot. The pilot must be positioned in Borgo Maggiore, street Salita Ugolino da Montefeltro – parking Elementary School Borgo Maggiore (at an altitude of about 150 meters below) having vision of the aircraft. Then, the model, once launched, will be driven to destination following it aboard of the car driven by an assistant (it is advisable to have the sunroof to better follow the model in flight). The first launch will take place at 10:30 a.m. and the last at 13.30 p.m., with an period of three minutes minimum between one take off and the other. Those who will not be present at the time they signed up for, will score zero, unless the impediment is beyond their control for the occurrence of unpredictable situations. In this case <\/em>the competitor will start according to the guidelines of the Contest Director.
\n<\/em><\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
ROUTE<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <\/span><\/td>\nThe route along the highway of San Marino, up to the landing in the sports field in Serravalle, is established by the organization (see map published on the official website of the Raid). During the regular course of the competition will be random checks to verify the exact distance of the pilots along the route imposed. Any deviation of the path indicated by the map will result in flight null.
\n<\/em><\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
DETECTION FOR ANY POWER ENGINE<\/em><\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/em><\/strong><\/td>\n		Aboard the model a Multi 2 Logger of RC-Electronics will be mounted (<\/em>http:\/\/www.rc-electronics.org\/index.php?link=rc_multi2<\/u><\/em><\/a>) to record the entire flight from the time of the take off to the landing, as well as the possible switching on and off of the engine The device, weighing 6 grams, should be placed into a free channel of the receiver. It features plugs JR like. If you do not have free channels, you will have to provide a Y cable using any channel. The Logger can be powered with voltages ranging from 4 to 10 volts and 28X14X6 mm measures. In case the glider is motorized, the Logger should be connected in series between the regulator and the engine channel.<\/em><\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
AWARDS<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <\/span><\/td>\nCompetitors registered by …………………………….and present<\/u> in the competition<\/u> will be enter into a raffle for a ……………………………………………………….. The draw<\/u> will take place during the award ceremony and the prize will be given only if the driver will have participated in the competition<\/u>. The first 6 winners will be awarded with trophies and \/ or plaques. Special prizes will also be set up for: the youngest competitor – the older competitor – the competitor who comes from farthest. Prizes not collected for any reason will be shipped.<\/em><\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
LUNCH – AWARDS & AERO MODEL SHOW AT AEROCLUB TORRACCIA<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <\/span><\/td>\nLunch will be served at \u201cMultieventi Sport Domus\u201d near sports field in<\/em> Serravalle from 12.30 a.m. to<\/em> 2.00 p.m., consigning the lunch ticket received. Lunch tickets will be available to the organization to those who so requests. Then, in to the Aeroclub of San Marino (Strada Montelupo, 27 Torraccia) the awards ceremony and an aero model demonstration will take place until 6:00 p.m. <\/em><\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
COMPLAINTS<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <\/span><\/td>\nA jury made by the Contest Director and two assistants, chosen at random from the same, will investigate any complaints. The deadline for submitting complaints will be 15 minutes after the landing of the last model in the field of Serravalle. The complaint must be submitted in writing, accompanied by the sum of \u20ac 50.00, which will be returned only if the complaint is accepted.<\/em><\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
